Proven Sterile Collection System

After your baby is born, your doctor will collect the cord blood using a syringe or gravity bag. With the syringe, the collection is similar to drawing blood for a blood test, while the bag uses gravity to collect the cord blood. The procedure usually takes less than 5 minutes.

Cell safe cord blood bank collection methods are FDA compliant and designed to ensure your doctor is able to collect as much cord blood as possible. We use collection systems that are 100% sterile and we are OSHA - (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) compliant to meet all hospital safety and regulatory guidelines.
